Location
Sooke is located on the west
coast of Vancouver Island's southern tip, about 30 kilometers
west of Victoria, British Columbia's capital city. Sooke is
surrounded by publicly accessible beaches and old-growth coastal
rainforest with a moderate year-round climate, perfect for
hiking, mountain biking or boating.

Getting here is easy!
Vancouver Island is easily
accessible by car and passenger ferries several times daily,
from BC's lower mainland (ferry terminals at Tswwassen &
Horseshoe Bay) and from Washington State (Port Angeles &
Seattle). Air service to Victoria International Airport is
also an option, as is harbour-to-harbour air service from
Vancouver or Washington State.
There is so much to do in the
Sooke area, including world-class salmon and halibut fishing,
hiking or biking around the region's trails, beachcombing,
or exploring the many shops and galleries.
